Our Story

For years we worked in property operations — managing buildings, maintaining assets, coordinating maintenance, keeping everything running. And we saw the same struggle everywhere:

• Valuable assets were aging, but nobody knew exactly when to repair or replace them — so things were replaced too early and money was wasted, or waited on too long and broke down expensively.
• Technicians and contractors did great work… but the record of what was done, when, and with what parts was lost in a notebook, an email, or a folder somewhere.
• QR codes were taped to equipment — but scanning them gave no history, no clear next step, no easy way to log work.
• Compliance inspections came around — and everyone scrambled for records that should have been there all along.
• Good contractors were sent to site without history or background, and their work was never properly acknowledged.

Every system available was either too expensive, too complicated, or built by people who had never actually walked a property floor.

There had to be a better way. Something simple enough that anyone on the team can use it, yet powerful enough to protect the investments we care for. Something that honors the work of the people who maintain these assets — and makes that work visible, organized, and valued.

So we started building — not for investors, not for trends — but for us: the operations managers, the maintenance teams, the contractors, the building owners. The ones who know that keeping things running is what keeps everything standing.
